Join us for our next monthly cooking event held at Good Shepard Lutheran Church, 1415 W. 7th St. Frederick, MD 21702.
GETTING THERE: There is a TransIT Bus Stop located in front of the church. Use the entrance located behind church, closest to parking lot and playground.
We will prepare delicious spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, and salad. We will also discuss how making small adjustments in meal preparation can improve overall health outcomes.
