Join us for I AM – Aware… Of My Financial Health. Speakers will discuss topics on how to be financially informed and prepared for possible future pandemics. Tabatha Caldwell from Shore United Bank will discuss online banking, how to set up a representative payee account, and explain the role of an authorized user. Kelly Nelson from Maryland ABLE will provide information about the Achieving a Better Life Experience Act (ABLE Account) and how it benefits individuals living with disabilities. Pamela Ford from the Southern Maryland Center for Independent Living (SMCIL) will discuss benefits from the Social Security Administration such as SSI/SSDI.
