NAMI Frederick County is offering a Virtual NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group for the Spring season. This free, confidential group is open to individuals living with mental health conditions and meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. on Zoom. The group is led by trained facilitators in recovery and provides a supportive space for connection, encouragement, and hope.
